By using TapThePlate, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TapThePlate mobile application (“Service”) operated by APP DEV MASTERS LTD (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not access the Service.

License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Transfer, sublicense, or resell the Service
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

User Accounts

When you create an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Ensuring your account information remains current

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Service Description

TapThePlate provides AI-powered recipe generation and meal planning services including:

• Personalized recipe recommendations
• Meal planning tools
• Recipe saving and organization
• Shopping list generation
• Dietary preference customization

Credits and Payments

Credit System

• Credits are required for AI-generated recipes
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not expire
• Credit packages and prices may change with notice

Payment Terms

• All payments are processed through Apple's In-App Purchase system
• Prices are in GBP unless otherwise stated
• You agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice
• Purchases are managed through your Apple ID account

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our Service:

• Credit purchases are final and non-refundable
• Refunds are handled through Apple's standard refund policy
• To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem feature
• EU/UK consumers have statutory cancellation rights
• Apple's Terms and Conditions also apply

Prohibited Uses

Violation of these prohibited uses may result in immediate account termination.

You may not use our Service to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit harmful or malicious code
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free features
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service

Service Availability

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, APP DEV MASTERS LTD shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
• Personal injury or property damage
• Any damages exceeding the amount paid by you in the last 12 months

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
